Return and Refund Policy

There are no refunds/ returns. The first 2 classes are on trial basis meaning the client only pays for the first two classes in full. If we wish to continue classes and select a package, half the payment for the first half of classes is due upfront with the rest of the class charges occurring once student is set to complete their final class of the package.

Only one student is allowed per hour unless otherwise coordinated with the instructor or selecting the sibling package. With the sibling package, classes are offered at a special rate with a running class time of 90 minutes. Class is recommended to split 45 minutes for each student unless otherwise stated by parents. No more than 2 students in one class. Our private lessons are meant for 2 students or less in order to provide the best possible results.
